Do something over and over again, and then you can’t stop doing it. Brain Tracy talks about man’s ability to cultivate new habits and get them ingrained within 21 days; I say stick to it for 40 days or more just to make it unbreakable. Change your Life in 40 Days
It’s 40 days to the end of the year, and the right time to start cultivating new habits, working to change things about you and your life. Every day in the year is the right day to change. Don’t wait until the year ends before you start.

Time is a continuum. There really is no perceptible beginning and end.
You don’t have to wait for the 31st of December before you write out new year resolutions. Do it today and then start. It can be jogging every other day, taking walks at the end of the day (if you happen to be a sedentary worker) or saving money.
If you start saving Ghc 1 or 10 everyday until the year ends, you’ll continue doing it and then that’s you with a new habit that can change things for you or make a difference in your life. Small changes in action can compound to cause great changes in your life.

Write down a few habits you’ll like to possess and start doing them today and stick with them up to the end of the year. Find good reasons to start cultivating new habits. Maybe you are jogging to lose weight, and saving money to start a business. If the reasons are good enough and the journey towards your goals rewarding, you’ll find it hard breaking good habits and giving up along the way.
Finish the year with new habits, new purpose and make the next year intentional. Don’t let things happen to you (as much as possible); you go out there and happen to things.
